    Sales Manager: Anselm Martin

    Thanks.

He also sent me a certificate that I cant attach here.
I want to buy 1 iPhone 5 from him. Considering the amount of scammers out there I asked him to sent me some pictures of the units with a date-stamp. He did and they look sealed in the original box. Other scammers sent me pictures taken from the internet.
He seems that he has the Units..
So my question to all of you is, is this seller trustworthy?
Thank you in advance for any kind of help!!

Your seller appears confused.

He calls his company Fedalah Ltd and the company with that name and with that company registration number is actually recorded as being involved in quantity surveyor activities , though I note that the company name changes online into Fedalah Mobile Shop Ltd, but company names aren't variable.

If you buy bargains online from unknown companies it may be a long time before you come across one that isn't a scam.

Even the lowliest scammer operates a website, so I wonder why the internet's fastest growing retailer doesn't. My cat, who has his own website, isn't impressed at all. :D

I also note that his primary method of trading is forum spamming in which he claims to be a UK incorporated company located in the USA. Forum spammers are all scammers. The first and easiest check to make.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle

Thank yo for your reply!

So you think that this is a no go?

What about the pictures he took? I could see the iphone box sealed and with the date stamp right next to it.

Thank you

An absolute cast iron gilt edged 100% scam. Not a shadow of a doubt.

A forum spammer who impersonates being a real company, tells lies and offers you a mouth watering deal ?

Tell him you'll send him the money when you get the goods. If he refuses - he doesn't trust you and you're not the one lying.

I kid you not - in the past week I've come across a scammer trying to sell a helicopter and a gantry used in NASA space launches, and he had photos too. I don't know whether he needs a going over with a baseball bat or psychiatric help.

You need to be a lot more cautious buying on line.

Please note that this post was made by the scammer himself in order to try and salvage his scam.
It has been left here for people to see how devious these thieves can be!

First to start with I will say I love what You did by bringing this issue out for the public and I love the advice that was given to You by "Terrance Boyce". This goes out to Onix; You see it would really be a barrier to fall victim to all of these fraudsters online so one have to be careful when dealing with people that You never known online, I am a mobile phones and laptops dealer and I am a client to this Fedalah Limited, this company have been my supplier for 11 months now and they have their head office in London, England then another one in the U.S; I will advice that they are not scam; to get more proof of her legitimacy I will advice that You ask your contact person in the company for their online profile, both stores certificate, his working identity card as well as the picture of their company front view and you can as well ask to show you his video cam.

Actually my suggestion that onix offer to pay the scammer only after receipt of the goods was only made to highlight the folly of trusting someone with your money who blatantly lies to you. Once you've busted a scammer there's no point dealing with him at all.

Undoubtedly he'll just change identity and forum spam under a new one, but buying from a forum spammer is a mistake anyway. No legitimate company markets that way and his overblown bragging isn't backed up when he doesn't even have a website.

The information about the company he's impersonating is available from official Companies House records and other publicly available sources of information. There's no point in him trying to pursue that any further as he's just making a fool of himself.

I can sell sections of the Forth Bridge- cheap. You can get a fee for each train that uses it. You can also be proud to own a part of Scottish history. All we ask is that you paint it every 5 years or so in a colour of your choice. As part of the new management policy we expect all buyers to do this. My up and coming firm Scotch Mist will vanish with your money as sure as the sun rises each day.
