Hi,
The car is currently located in Germany, because I just finished the divorce with my wife and I have moved here with my work. My vehicle is in perfect condition, very well maintained with no issues. I received a warning from gumtree after you sent me the first email,i received the same warning when i bought a phone, i guess they are sending this email automatically so no need to worry if you have receive it as well.
I'm asking a very good price for a fast sale + 100£ for delivery. Due to my job (working on a oil rig) pick up is not possible but we can use eBay's services. Using their services you have 3 days to inspect it before paying me and I'll be sure that I have a genuine buyer who won't mess me around. You'll get the chance to inspect it, test it and everything you like while your money is safely held in eBay's account. ONLY after you confirm with eBay that you agree to keep it, they'll release the money to me. In case you don't like my vehicle you get a full refund.
Email me back if you are interested and ebay will send you all the info regarding payment and delivery.
Regards,
Dan Smithson
Hi Xxxxxx,I can have the CAR delivered to you by a shipping company for £100.I have briefly described eBay transaction's steps below:
1. Buyer, Seller reach an agreement (price and delivery conditions)
2. Buyer sends the money to eBay and they inform the seller that the payment was received.
3. Seller delivers the vehicle.
4. Buyer accepts delivery and informs eBay about the acceptance.
5. eBay releases the money to seller.
As you can see, you'll receive the vehicle BEFORE any money are released to me. You'll get the chance to inspect it, test it and everything you like while your money are safely held in eBay's account. ONLY after you confirm with eBay that you agree to keep the car, they'll release the money to me.
If for some reason, you won't keep the car (I assure you that is NOT going to happen since my car is in IMMACULATE condition) I will take it back on MY EXPENSE and eBay will send you your money back.
From the moment you receive the car you have 3 days to inspect it. If it's not like I said or something is not ok with it you can reject it and eBay will fully refund you and the car will be delivered back to me on my expense.
In order to go ahead i need your address for delivery. Once the transaction is registered eBay will send you all the info regarding payment and shipping.
Thank you
Yes of course. Tomorrow i will register tha transaction, and they will contact you with all the details that you need.

Thank you for your purchase! You are receiving this email because the vehicle you are going to buy using eBay is included in the Buyer Protection program. The eBay Buyer Protection program provides protection up to L against certain losses associated with some types of fraud. You are automatically enrolled in the program at no charge because you are completing the purchase of an eligible vehicle on the eBay site. eBay requires the payment to be done through Bank Transfer service to a verified account managed by eBay Inc. eBay reduces the potential risk of fraud by acting as a trusted third party that collects, holds and disburses funds according to Buyer's and Seller's instructions. eBay recommends this service to make sure buyer's information is secure and they receive what they've paid for. eBay guarantees the legitimacy and the security of this transaction. Please follow our instructions to complete the transaction safely.
How to complete payment?

After payment is secured, the Seller is authorized to deliver the vehicle. Your funds will not be released to the Seller until you have received and approved the vehicle you are purchasing. The Seller has 3 business days to send the Buyer and eBay's Customer Support the delivery information. If no delivery information is provided in 3 business days, a full refund is immediately sent to the Buyer.
The Buyer receives the vehicle and has 3 business days to inspect it. If it is complete and as described, the Buyer should accept the vehicle. If he refuses the vehicle, the Buyer must deliver the vehicle back to the Seller within 5 business days at the Seller's expense.
