Craigslist, Ebay and other online buying/selling scams.

Another twist to this.

Saw an item we were interested in. Contacted the seller for further detail whom offered a Buy It Now. Minutes later received the following real looking invoice and noticed that the listing had been taken down.

Barclays Bank again.

I'm in Australia so called their UK Fraud number whom couldn't care less, said bring the other party in and they will sort it out? Asked for a supervisor and got a major run around, finally we don't deal with Australians. Sent an email to [email protected] and as expected no reply even though it is apparently staffed 24/7.

Clearly a bank whom has no regard for customers nor anybody else i.e. facilitating their customers laundering stolen money which is illegal where I live.

Cheers,

Mark
