Dear Consignment Owner

This is more notification from me,I have been trying many times to get in touch with you via email, but to no avail. I am resending this email here once again,to let you know that your consignment is still in our facility.

My name is Mr. Peter R. Rendina, I am the Deputy Chief Inspector of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. During our Investigation, I discovered an abandoned consignment,in the security storage facility of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency,in Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. Atlanta,Georgia. The consignment was transferred from JF Kennedy International Airport,New York City. According to the information gathered, the consignment was abandoned by a diplomatic courier agent from United Kingdom. The consignment is weighing approximately (110kg).It's 2 Trunk Boxes, each of these boxes contains raw cash in US $100 dollars bills denominations, which was carefully packed and stashed in 2 old Trunk Boxes,is about ($4M USD) inside each of these boxes or more as it was reviewed during our scanning.

Like I said ,the agent abandoned the consignment and ran away, mostly because he gave a false declaration, the content of the boxes were not properly declared as money by the agent, but rather it was declared as personal effect/classified document to either avoid confiscation by the relevant Authorities. And also for the agent inability to pay for the (Clearance/Non Inspection (Fee), that is the reason why the consignment was abandoned.

After the review of the above-mentioned,the Executive Board of Directors of U.S. Postal Inspection Service has collectively resolved with the United States relevant Authorities to release your consignmnt back to you.

I am willing to assist you in any way I can, for you to get back your consignment boxes, provided you will also give me something out of it, I mean (Financial gratification),you can either come to my Office in person or better still,i will arrange with an attorney to clear out your consignment and deliver it to your (Home) address.

Therefore, you are to get back to this office with the required information,in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service,to operate, and release your consignment boxes, we are required to request for your information, as stated below. You are advised to send your info as requested, to avoid delivery error and you shall be given a tracking number, which you shall use to track and trace your consignment to know the exact time it will arrive at your doorstep.
