The attorney told me today that after a serious and proven meeting today at the Probate Registry, the officers at the probate registry here in Hong Kong has agreed to sign their approval putting you as the legal beneficiary next of kin to Dimitrois Gomez unclaimed funds. They said that they will issue out a document reflecting your name and address with their signature on it indicating you as the legal beneficiary next of kin to my client. But they asked for about 207, 000 USDollars for their charge of approval and that clients are usually charged in accordance to the amount of money that they are filing for. The attorney is filing for 47.1 Million usd on our behalf. That is while the probate amount of charge is high. This charge that is needed by the probate is a very big sum of money. I am not surprised with the amount of money that the probate registry are asking for because Project of this magnitude needs to be backed up with finance based on the funds in question (47.1 Million USD).

Do not worry my Partner, like i told you before that i will make sure i take care of the paper-works and the attorney`s fee, provided what we are pursuing is achieved. I will write and request for a loan from my bank by Monday because for years now i have not taken a loan. I know that my bank will grant me the loan. I will take a loan of 170,000 usd because that is the maximum amount of loan that my bank can give to any of their senior staff. I have about 38,000 usd in my savings account and so I will withdraw 37, 000 usd and add it to the 170,000 to complete the amount needed by the probate as soon as the loan is given to me. Under normal banking policy at my bank for senior staff, the loan will be granted and considered within 3 or 4 working days. Once i receive the loan from my bank, i will add my savings to it and give it to the attorney so that the attorney can be able to pay these probate charges.

I do not want to bother you with these fees my Partner, i just want to make sure i fulfill my responsibility as the initiator of this Project. This is the most delicate part of this Project and i must do all my best to make sure the charges are paid so that our Project will be successful. The account is going to be a classified secured special account because of the money that is to be transfer to such an account.

This is what i found out today. If my bank puts you as the legal beneficiary to the 47.1 Million usd by Monday. how do we get 5,500 usd that you will use to open your offshore account at our corresponding bank. This is what i have been thinking since i found this out today. I am so worried. I am very exhausted and i have no money in my savings. My Partner, how do we get this offshore account opening fee when the time comes? I do not want anything that will delay the transfer of the funds as soon the legal works gets approved by my bank by Monday.
