Is it Fraud? Please help.

I have spokento the owners of the business on the phone. He is fully aware of the fraud. Trading standards, Police, and Companies House/UK have been informed. He knows the origin is Ghana. Work is being done to stop the fraud. We can do no more save let time solve the problem. The publicity has been maximised. The owner has been directed to this post.

This is another scam. The intent is exactly the same, and it's the same thing--the scammer uses the name of a real business he has no connection with. Hotels are commonly used for these scams.

INNTELS HOTELS WILL PAY 80% FOR YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENT PROCESSING FEES AND THE JOBSEEKER WILL PAY 20%..

Once again, the scammer is planning to lure you with a fake job offer, then get you to send money to him (or his fake agency) that does not exist.

Unfortunately, we do our best to keep people informed, but the truth is, scammers post dozens of new fake jobs every day.

Edit to add: Notice that the scammer claims to represent the hotel, but he has a yahoo address. If he really represented the hotel, he would have an address with the hotel's domain (and of course the real hotel would be using a recruiter who is licensed to recruit in your country.)
