This is an Iraqi soldier scam, where the scammer wants you to believe he's a soldier stationed in Iraq, who found a huge sum of money stashed away by the former regime. There is no money, the only purpose the scammer has to write you is to make you pay for made up fees to get the money out of Iraq and into your bank account. Don't fall for this scam!
