I am Dr.Arif Mohammed,I got your contact from our local
chamber of commerce here in Nigeria and have no doubt in
your ability to handle this proposal involving huge sum of
money.
My father Alhaji Sadiq Mohammed {Now late} was the chairman of [PTF]
petroleum special trust fund ,Their aim is recovery of Governmant
properties during GENERAL SANNI ABACHA'S MILITARY REGIME 1993 -1998,
In his position as the chairman of [ptf] , he made some money which he
kept behind for his children. The money is four hundred and twenty
Million US Dollars {$420m}.
Due to poor banking system in Nigeria and political/economic instability
as a result of past military rules , he deposited this money in a security
company in Belgium with an open beneficiary In the name of a foreign firm.
And he was arranging to invest it abroad before he died last year after a
brief illness. Just before my father died, he called my attention in
confidence to the money and charged me to look for a foreigner who would
assist me in the transfer/investment of the fund abroad.
I have resolved with my mother to give you 30% of the total fund
transferred for your kind assistant.Five percent {5%} will be set aside
to take care of all expenses we may incur during the transaction.
