Hi,
I have deliberately over-invoiced most of the contracts which were awarded for the reconstruction and refurbishing of the stadiums used for the South Africa Fifa World Cup. The contractors who handled these projects have been paid off. A total sum of Forty Eight Million Dollars (US$48,000,000.00) was realized as over paid invoice. This over paid invoice sum is lying in a suspense account at Capitec Bank of South Africa ready for transfer into an overseas account. All modalities and logistics required for a successful transfer has been covered. I only need your foreign account for the transfer since we are not allowed to operate one; I will offer you 50% of the total sum after a successful transaction. I kindly request you accord it the highest level of secrecy it deserves. Please let me know your response so as to make an alternative arrangement.
Best Regards,
Mr. Lungile. Mboweni
Director,
Capitec Bank of South Africa
