We all know its a scam but what is the scam................

These are pretty straightforward. You pay them for a diploma that is worth about as much as the piece of paper it is printed on.

Diplomas are globally qualified and accepted

By their own affiliates, maybe. No reputable employer will recognize these diplomas--they will do nothing to advance your career or increase your salary.

And if you do manage to get a job with one, and the fraud is detected later, you can be prosecuted. See here.

This may not be a scam other than as selling fake diplomas, but then again education
has been the biggest scam in America for useless degrees.

I wonder if it costs more to get a masters then a bachelors

Fishy doesn't even begin to cover this. it's downright dangerous.

Some people's salaries on the job are enhanced by continuing education. A college degree? You might get several thousand a year more than the next person. But---if you get found out ---

You'll be lucky if you don't get fired. I've already done three tax returns for people who had to correct previous years and pay back the extra money they received. One guy had to take out a loan for $8000! Never fall for these things.
