Its undoubtedly a scam.

A scammer can offer any amount of money in pay because you'll never see a penny of it. It's an utterly ridiculous figure and the minute you see a telephone number 4470 you know it's a UK redirect number that only a scammer would use. It looks like a UK number but can be redirected to anywhere in the world. They use them to hide where they are really located. No one actually located in the UK would use one. They are also extremely expensive to call.

Where's the scam ?

You'll be told about fake visa fees as soon as you have 'bought in' to the story. At the moment you're being fed the sugar - mountains of pay, free car and anything else they can dream up, so that the fake visa fees will sound like a small price to pay for such an opportunity.

To apply for a visa, if you need one, you'd have to apply to the British Embassy, or their visa application representative office, in your own country in person, and pay them any fees. You'll get told to contact another fictional e-mail address, which is just the same person, who will ask for fees, usually by Western Union, which goes straight in to their pocket.

I'm sorry but this is a very common scam. It's a lot more painful if you lose money to these thieves.

Non-EU citizens should go here to find out about obtaining a visa to work as an au pair in the UK

Whenever payment is requested by Western Union you're dealing with a scammer

Note that the email he gives you to verify his employment is connected to a domain name with the word COPORATION, instead of CORPORATION. A real company would not pay for a domain name that is misspelled!

Looks like we have another fake website here that hasn't yet been killed. The real domain name was established in 2001, and contains the missing "R". This domain name was registered less than a year ago, no doubt by the same scammer to make his scams more believable. Hopefully our site killers will be able to get this one offline.

Domain Name: CONTINENTALCOPORATION.COM
Registrar: ASCIO TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Whois Server: whois.ascio.com
Referral URL: http://www.ascio.com
Name Server: NS01.ONE.COM
Name Server: NS02.ONE.COM
