My name is Jeweel Tico Yaac, the Daughter of late MR/MRS Justin Yaac Arop,
a presidential adviser to local government affairs of Southern Sudan, who
died on May 2008 plane crash in Sudan .


Dear, it is my pleasure to contact you for a business venture which I
intend to establish with you, It is sad to say that my parents passed away
mysteriously but God knows the best! After my parent
's burial, my father's secretary called me secretly and told me that my
father deposited the sum of Ten million Five hundred thousand United State

one of the leading Security Company in Ivory Coast due to banking rules in
Sudan, he further told me that the fund was deposited as a family valuable
in my name as the only Daughter.


My father's relatives invite me for a family meeting last month and told
me that I was adopted at the age of 2, and ask me to submit all the
inheritance document before my life will be at risk, I reported this case to a
lawyer and he advise me to run out of this country instead of risking my life,
I have informed the Security Company about my plan to claim my family
valuable which my father deposited in their care and the Security Company
director whom I mate told me that my father
's instruction to the Security Company was that the family valuable will
be released to me only when I get married or provide a foreign partner who
can assist me to keep it save due to my age,


I am honourably seeking your sincere assistance to come to my aid in the
following ways:

(1) To assist me to transfer this fund in your country as my foreign
partner and help me to invest it just to rescue my life,
