Was there a typo perhaps? I can't find the site and according to the hoster it isn't registered.

The link works to me. I can't believe that it's anything to do with the hospital, but it doesn't seem to be a scam as such. It just consists of links to what seem to be genuine businesses (although I haven't checked them all).

^ I believe you are seeing the same as me, which is a standard default search engine page that shows some links that could have something to do with the domain you're looking for. When checking with cz.cc I get the following results;
Whois Lookup for: cityhospitallondon.cz.cc
No results found!

and that it is available for purchase. I believe it will turn out to be a typo, or in the case you received a mail from the domain, a spoofed email. Either way, I don't think there is anything to be killed on that domain :) An option is that it was a domain registered by a scammer and has run past it's expiry date which makes us see what there is now.

I agree with Michael, it's just a pay per click link farm - the cz.cc site is a frame of http://searchportal.information.com/?o_ ... ondon.info

I'm tempted to side with spoofed email address.

Email headers would be useful :)
