Dear Friend,

I am F.R.A Williams,associate member,advocate,Solicitor and partner
with James Berry & Associates Law firm, London Branch and associate
member of Williams Chambers. Born on May 31,1955,admitted, 1984.

I am the personal attorney to late Mr.George Brumley Jr, a nationality
of Atlanta,U.S.A, who was a retired head of pediatrics at Emory
University School of Medicine,and had resided in Africa and as well
some part of the world. Here in after shall be referred to as my

On the 19th July, 2003, my client,and his wife Jean, with their six
children and their two son in-laws were involved in air-plane crash.

address of my client but never recieved a response.After these several
unsuccessful attempts, I have contacted you having in mind that you
