Hello,

Ive been trying for weeks to find housing in London with just 100% of it either being or seeming like a scam, particularly gumtree. I came across an ad of a 175/pw studio in Notting Hill on www.roomsandstudios.com. There are actual phone numbers to contact as well as a legitimate address of the location, even names of the people you can get in touch with. I'm really hoping this isn't a scam, not that I would send money prior to arriving, but I'm just not getting my hopes up yet. Here are the emails I have received. Lettme know what you think!

Hi,
£175/week including water ,gas and internet. You need pay council
tax(student is free)and electricity.
Our new build studio flat will be available in jan.

Regards
Yan

Hi,
The website picture just taken in the new flat.(:
For the studio ,you have your own bathroom and kitchen, you don’t need share
with anyone.

Hi HCL311, welcome to scamwarners.

I've done a search on the site you provided, and at first sight everything seems to check out. Please understand that we cannot give feedback regarding customer satisfaction, only on the legitimacy of the site. As far as I'm concerned, this site is real and I cannot find anything wrong about them.
