In my country we don?t use United States dollars as local currency, we use cefar, my late father was a gold merchant and most of his customers pay him in American dollars. He had a safe vault where he keeps the money; the account record is that the money in the safe is about $1.5M. The bills are in different denominations like $10,$20, $50 and $100.
