This one has a link to wikipedia and the BBC which I will edit in wiki, and notify the BBC link about it being used in a scam

Using google, and entering Auditing and Accounting Unit African Development Bank brings up 169,000 sites dealing with scams and scam emails.

Entering the second paragraph sentence begining "I am 50 ...." gives this link http://www.419baiter.com/_scam_emails/0 ... s_16f.html scroll down the page

In short, this scammer is using a real disaster to scam you out of your money, there will be various fees to be paid, a cast of others, including Barristers, all wanting a payment, and there will never be any money for you.

There have not been any withdrawals from this account for this long period,I decided to carry out a system investigation and discovered that non of the family member nor relations of the late person is aware of this account.
