Just wondering about a letter I received about a diplomatic agent at JFK airport wanting to give me my inheritance. Signed by a Mr. Dom May
Is this a scam?

Thank you,
Jaclyn

Easy to answer that Jaclyn - Yes it's a scam.

Diplomats have one function - to act as intermediary between their government and the government in the host country.

They don't run errands or carry money around the world as delivery agents. It would actually be illegal for them to do that and they would lose diplomatic immunity in doing so.

This is a strange invention/belief of 419 scammers which is plain stupid.
