That's the websie that he/she used so you should absolutely complete a credit score check yourself and confirm your score hasn't been damaged. Also I reckon you won $200 gas gift card for random drawing on there so you should claim it. Hope you get things figured out, take cares!


No I did not click on the link, and this was pertaining to an ad I had on Craig's list. This could just be a link to a virus, I'm just not sure.

I don't know what to make of that. My first thought was that it was spam to advertise a website, but securebackground .org doesn't seem to exist.

My guess is that there was a different link hidden underneath. Example: www.google.com

Might have been malware, or a phishing page. Impossible to tell right now :)
