David James - possibly a scammer?

I've just been reliving a scam in another post and now I've read about the common giveaway signs, I think this guy was a potential scammer too?

A loving and handsome man that is what I am. I will always respect a woman for who she is, her potentials and not what she has. I am a down to earth man who has his head on his neck. Do you know that it takes a lot before I sit down by my lap top and email someone? You have to be special, are you? Since I divorced my ex wife on what she did to me by sleeping with my friend in my house and I have never dated anyone since then not just that I don’t see woman that across my path but some don’t have the quality that I needed. I want a reliable, serious minded, honest, fun to be with and faithfully woman who is ready for long term relationship.
I am a very emotional and compassionate person, may be because I was brought up in a different way from most kids while growing up. Yes, I was raised by my foster mom. People either move me inside or they do not. Like I said in my profile I want to love and be loved not like my last relationship with my ex wife that I loved and she didn’t love me. I need a romantic woman who is willing to give me all her love for the right reasons and who is ready to settle down. Anything short of that will not be entertained. I will like us to be friends first establish a connection and get together. I guess that is what this is all about. I will be hoping a truly genuine woman, who is ready for what I have to give and give me back in return what I deserve. Probably a woman of my dreams.

I didnt communicate with this guy for long as I didnt like his style, but would like to warn other potential victims by posting his pic, if you think he is a scammer.

Your intuition was correct, he is definitely a scammer. In fact, this message has pretty much every single clue we look for.

You'll notice he explain away his accent, gives a reason for being out of the country, and asks lots of questions to get you talking. What he doesn't do, is say anything specific about your profile which shows he's mailing the same message to any lady he can find (some scammers will personalise their messages. so that's not a sure-fire sign.)

Thanks Dan. I dont think he'll get very far if he uses that script all the time. It's not that I thought he was a scammer at the time (I'm only now discovering how rife this scam is on dating sites), only that I thought he was over the top and and didnt sound sincere to me.

Anyway, just in case another lady is taken in by his 'charm'. Here is another email he sent. He even inserted my name in this one......lol.....and note how he answers questions at the end of the 'script':-

Have you been in England long? I do come and leave but I have lived for the past 5 years.

Because the pic I see of a Caucasian, he is not using that now. Not what I have. But the same romantic presentation and mess. Thank God for giving me smarts. I landed here because in the letter he sent I wrote down the Global mess etc. Google it and there his name was clear as day that he is a SCAMMER! So I want to post his picture he's using now.

Somebody Please REPLY ASAP.
