HELP!!!>How to report scammer in USA??

hi. how can i report the scammer in USA. i have all the information about his house address, all his emails, his face even his facebook account. All the information about him are legit. I don't even expect him to cheat me as i have all information about him to report to authority but he was very brave to cheat me. I pay 3000usd for iphones. He even show me the proof of stock. But the mistake i made was I paid using western union. Who i suppose to talk to and who can help me. Can i recover my money back??thanks

How do you know you have his real details? The Internet makes it easy for scammers to adopt the identities of real people, and they do it all the time. And Western Union payments can be picked up anywhere in the world. Have you checked his IP address?

i really know that him. i even contact him on facebook and his tumblr.

We will ask you to get full headers for the emails--if you don't know how to do that, just let us know how you check your email, and we can help you to sort that out.
