Dear ...,
We are the family of Richards, Am a full time worker and i work in the American Tobacco Company here in the United State as the Marketing Manager, My husband on the other hand works with a construction company here in the US and very busy with work so we are looking for an Au Pair or Nanny that is flexible with our time and we will also be considerate with your own time and schedule. MY QUESTIONS:
*Have you ever been an Au Pair before?
*Have you ever traveled out of your country?
* Do you require a visa or working permit?
* When will you be through with your work in the UK?

Another scam, I'm afraid.

There are many things that make this offer a certain scam, but even without those, I didn't have to get past the first sentence to realize the writing is African, not American.

And also, but I'll stand corrected if wrong but the American Tobacco Company ceased trading.
In 2004 I think?

http://exchanges.state.gov/jexchanges/programs/aupair.html

To take part in the au pair program, candidates must work with a designated sponsor of the au pair program listed here

http://eca.state.gov/jexchanges/index.cfm?fuseaction=record.list&cat=2

If you haven't found your job using one of these sponsors, you won't get a visa or a job to work as an au pair in the USA, so any offer you get direct is a scam.

Non-EU citizens should go here to find out about obtaining a visa to work as an au pair in the UK
http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/doineedvisa/
Whenever payment is requested by Western Union you're dealing with a scammer
