This letter is strictly for your attention and for your personal use only. I am, Chindori-Chininga, Edward Takaruza, Former Minister of Mines and Mining Development, Zimbabwe. This communication is been motivated by change in our political party-ZANU-PF (Zimbabwe African National Union – Patriotic Front) these party was formed on the bases of human oriented, equal justice for all but for past years our people has been subjected to abject suffering, brutality's and no equal justice. Hence my change of
political views but I cannot speak out against our party or change political party now because I will be endangering my life and family's safety.
During the time I was the Minister of Mines and Mining Development of Zimbabwe I secured funds (35Million USD) for my retirement age
because I noticed in time the way Zimbabwe as a country was heading to and to that effect, I started saving some of the funds shared by the president (Mugabe, Robert Gabriel) to all ministers and key position holders in the government to ensure safety of his position and continuity and also tips from the contractors.
I deposited the funds with two security firm in Europe and Asia for safekeeping pending when I will need it, however after my due transformation into the Christendom and seeing how our people are suffering my family have decided to use half of the fund for humanitarian purposes but this we cannot do ourselves hence my sincere reason of contacting you to administer these project
on my family's behalf in Zimbabwe as my heart bleeds for our people.
However, the amount in question is US$15 Million Dollars, all I need is your maximum assistance to receive these funds into your custody
for humanitarian services in Zimbabwe as I cannot publicly administer this fund myself due to my position in ZANU-PF.
Please keep this letter to your heart and reply urgently to enable me disclose more details and other steps to be taken to ensure smooth conclusion process. This attract no atom of criminality as long as you keep the source of this information to yourself.
Please let me know urgently if you can be of help and if you deem any entitlement for your services.
