I note that the site is only registered for one year, that's one indicator that it might well be fake.
The 'about us' page contains images that have been taken from elsewhere on the web.
The copyright info at the bottom of the page is '2007' but the site is '2010' and the company has been going since 2006. Inconsistent information, but not a defining rule as to the site being fake.

As a general observation it is wise to be very cautious when dealing with Far Eastern websites offering to sell electronics goods, but then I'd be equally cautious in dealing with a website claiming to represent a company located in my own country unless I could verify their details and confirm their track record.

Some observations

The profile of a business called Sino Rich Technology Ltd on Alibaba

http://www.alibaba.com/member/hk117469937/contactinfo.html

mentions Ms Vickie Tang, the website address you have referred to and her mobile phone number which also appears on many of the ads posted on sites around the internet.

Mobile Phone: 852 9460 5953

A search on the internet reveals that that her name and phone number is also associated with another company

Excel Technology (Pacific) Ltd

http://34551.com/Hong-Kong/Excel-Technology-Pacific-Ltd_uuguazb.html

Perhap she changed employer, or maybe someone is impersonating her and either or both of her employers, or maybe she works for both companies There is no way to tell and that highlights the problem of dealing with suppliers on the internet that you cannot verify.

Equally, if you perform a search on the precise company address from Sino Rich Technology Ltd's website it causes a lot of apparently unrelated company names to appear with exactly the same address down to the same unit. Perhaps it is a representative office, or maybe an accomodation address. or maybe a Hongkong company represents many Chinese companies there.

I can't provide you with an answer.
