I got the below e-mail today, i did not fill the form out, why would Paypal want this information again and why not contact me?

I am posting this in case anyone else should get a e-mail like this.

Very typical phishing email. Some are very official looking. Paypal or any other financial institution will never ask you to reply to an email to verify your info like this.

That is what I thought, why ask me these questions? Lucky for me I did not complete the form or reply to the e-mail and marked it as junk.

As Justin said, it's a phishing email. The sender wants your Paypal ID and password, credit card details, and mother's maiden name. Think of how much money a criminal can steal with that information.
