Sample email:
Thanks for your prompt response to my email by answering to my cry for help and also I appreciate so much for taking your time to respond which shows you're willing to help me lay claim on this inheritance my late husband deposited in South Africa.

My reason of contacting you is to seek for your consent, honesty and your integrity to trust this amount of money into your care for safe-keeping and subsequently help me to invest it in your country or any part of the country you deemed safe and secure for settlement as I intended to come over with my only daughter for a better future.

Secondly, I cannot lay claim on the inheritance with my name couple with the problems I had with the Government in power here in my country who seized all that my late husband labored and left for me and my only daughter because they are not in good terms with my husband when he was alive due to political struggle and which lead to his death. They don't want me and my daughter to have anything to live on as long as it has my name attached to it, they will surely take it away from me. Based on this out come that my late husband's attorney who knows everything about this last inheritance that is deposited in his country South Africa and all that has happened to me in the past advised that I should seek for someone I could bestow the ownership of the inheritance whose name and position will be used to lay claim on the inheritance.

I know it will be hard for you to give me all the full consent and support that is required due to the fact of what are going on around the world through the internet which had make lots of people has doubts over their fellow human beings even when they are very sincere with their plight. But in my situation there is no other way I know that I can go about making this a reality if not commit everything into God's hand and take the risk in entrusting this inheritance into your care as it is the only thing that left for me and my only daughter and I believe with fear of God in your heart you will use this inheritance to help us have a better future of living.

Please what matters most before we proceed into this project is your belief and your understanding, I really need you to think over my explanations to you and the situation 'am into at the moment if you are comfortable to help me as my situation demands, as I will transfer the ownership of the inheritance which is under my name to your name through my late husband's attorney in South Africa making you the bonefide beneficiary of the inheritance when we have come to mutual understanding. And I will agree to give you 20% of the total which amount to $1,600,000.00 while the remaining 80% of my share goes into investment which you will help me to invest.

Please if you have considered in your heart with all your sincerity and honesty to help me in this request, kindly respond back with your full name, address and your phone numbers so that I can forward them to my late husband's attorney in South Africa to establish contact with you and to brief you on the steps to take for the successful claim. Please this transaction is completely risk free from any kind of trouble you may think as everything relates to this transaction will be done under legitimate process.

I leave the rest to you and my God while I look forward hearing from you soon.

Remain blessed,

Yvonne wamalwa

Dear Madam,

I am Barrister Arthur Andersen, the lawyer to Mrs. Yvonne Wamalwa late Husband.

She directed that I should contact you concerning her inheritance fund of US$8 million deposited with a security company here in South Africa. She made me to understand that she has discussed with you to take over this inheritance for investment on her behalf in your Country. I am also aware that she has explained to you the problems she is having with the Government of Kenya with respect to the seizure of all the properties left by her late husband and frozen of all their bank accounts both local and foreign, which is the main reason why she wants to transfer this inheritance to your name to avoid Government being aware of it.

However, on my part as her lawyer, I am meant to protect her interest and to make sure she is trusting this fund into the hand of an honest and trustworthy person and to help you process the claim through the Security Company by legally, bestowing ownership of the fund to you through the legal documentation that would be secured from the Judiciary here in Johannesburg South Africa.

I am glad to inform you that all modalities for smooth and urgent conclusion of this transaction have been perfected and with your cooperation this transaction would be concluded and the inheritance will be in your possession within two weeks.

The first step towards this transaction is preparing a Contractual Agreement between you and Mrs. Wamalwa. This Agreement would state the terms of the transaction, that is your percentage and her investment plans etc to protect your interest and hers and to make sure no one would default at the end of the transaction. I would proceed immediately to draw the Agreement without any delay hence your full name and address has been forwarded to me by Mrs. Wamalwa and copy would be sent to you for your signing as soon as it is completed.

I would like to call you to have one on one discussion and for us to know more of each other, though time difference will be a little barrier but bear with me if I called you at wrong time and for the speed procedure of this transaction do not hesitate to respond to my e-mail to confirm the receipt of my email and your acceptance thereof.

Yours faithfully,
Barr. Arthur Andersen.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am delighted to inform you that I received words from the Security Company and they have given clearance for the Inheritance process to be done as the law of the South African Government requires and requested that all the necessary legal documents should be obtained and submitted to them to legally empower them for the release of the Inheritance to you.

On this note, I present to you the requirements for the legal procedure after due consultation.

1) Payment of Inheritance Tax of 0.1% of the Value of the Inheritance.

2) Obtaining of a Sworn Affidavit of Claim from a High Court on your behalf.

3) Obtaining of Legal Clearance Certificate from the Ministry of Justice.

4) Payment of Stamp Duty Fees.

In the light of the above, the Inheritance payable to the Government of South Africa is US$8,000.00. The Sworn Affidavit would cost US$750.00. The Legal Clearance would require payment of US$5,650.00 and the Stamp Duty Fee is US$2,500.00.

All total amount to US$16,900.00 (Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred United States Dollars only) which I will try my best to make available to enable me procure these legal documents for onward release of the Inheritance by the Security Company. I have notified Mrs. Wamalwa though I know her predicament but to let her aware of what are to be spending to bring this transaction to its successful conclusion. I have applied for a soft loan through my bank, hopefully today before closing bank hour I will know my fate with how much they will be able to give me. I have already made expenses on the transfer of the WILL to your name but that does not mean I will not do my best to give every assistance within my reach to conclude this transaction hence I know I will be rewarded for my services after successful conclusion.

Yours faithfully,
Barr. Arthur Andersen.

Dear XXXXX, The shipment arrangement with the diplomat agent who will make the safe delivery to your home address has been perfected and if all things been equal by Thursday 20th November at about 4:15 A.M will be the departure day to U.S. I was opportune to meet with the Diplomat Agent and had discussion with him as well if there is anything left to be cleared as I wouldn't want any problem when the Trunk Box arrived in the U.S airport with him. So he told me there will be a clearing fee to be paid to the U.S customs which the receiver will pay once he arrived and I asked how much that could be, he said it will cost $8,800.00 which 'am not happy with because I don't expect to stress you hence I intend to handle all its required. I had decided to give him the entire money to come with but he told me he cannot have with him more than $5,000 as he travels due to lay down employment regulatory which will not allow him to have more than his Basic Travel Allowance (BTA) Based on these he accept to collect $5,000 as apart of the clearing fees while you try your best to make it up to him with the balance of $3,800 so that he can complete the clearing fee and clear the Trunk Box and proceed to your home. I hope to make available part of the clearing fee today which amount to $5,000 but I need to find out from you if you can be able to raise this remaining $3,800. I need this transaction to be completed as soon as possible to enable me to pay up the loan that I took the bank. So what left now is the little balance of the clearing fee which will be needed by the Diplomat in the U.S to complete with the $5,000 that I will give him to clear the Trunk Box from the U.S customs and I beg you to have this amount ready with you when the Diplomat arrives in the U.S he will then call you to notified you of his arrival and subsequently ask for the clearing fee balance. I hope this is not too much for you hence the Diplomat cannot hold the total amount with him as protocols demands and I have to complied with the law hence I do not want anything to jeopardize what we have already concluded. So please respond over this issue and let me know your readiness to receive the Diplomat to your home. Yours faithfully, Barr. Arthur Andersen.
