It's a scam, I'm afraid.

The scammers most likely purchased (or stole) a mailing list of people looking for jobs, and this message has been mass-mailed to everyone on that list. They don't actually have your resume--they are asking for resumes to help them identify the best potential victims--they know that if you comply and send a resume, you are more likely to fall for the scam.
