Welcome to Scamwarners. I'm sorry to hear you've been scammed. And more sorry to have to tell you that there is little or no chance of getting your money back. Western Union payments can be cashed anywhere in the world. And law enforcement agencies have little interest in these scams.
All you can do is to not pay over any more money. And watch out for further scams as scammers often target previous victims. Especially with the recovery scam, which claims to be from the FBI etc saying that they can get your money back for a fee

Hi Joyce,

A bit of searching leads me to believe that they are NOT a legitimate company.

http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/2 ... 274242.htm

According to the person who has posted here, they were asking for money. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/fo ... rvice.html

I say steer clear of them.

Have you sent a payment to a scammer with Western Union and now realize it's a scam? If the payment has not been picked up, you can cancel it immediately! 1-800-448-1492

I am so sorry you have lost money.

I am 100% certain that the company is a scam.

Borrowers are being advised to beware of companies that offer to arrange loans but request an upfront fee. It will be certainly be a fraudulent mass-marketed scam.

No reputable loan companies require advance fees. Only scammers ask people to pay an upfront fee with the promise of a loan.

Sadly it is mostly those with existing credit problems that fall into the trap when they are offered a solution to their money problems.

These scammers prey particularly on vulnerable individuals and promise them a low-interest loan as an easy solution, but the reality is that there is no loan and this is just a front for scammers looking to make a quick buck.

They charge a fee (based on a requested loan amount) and supposedly link you to lenders that work with people with poor credit. What they actually send you is information that is readily available online, and is NOT a list of lenders that work with people with poor credit.

Their catch is this: the contract that you accept has some tricky wording, and a clause that states if you contact any outside agency for help in a refund, they reserve the right to permanently refuse your refund.

Also note from their website. http://www.personalcreditservices.com/

Can I speak with someone personally?
Unfortunately we do not offer phone support at this time. However, we are available to answer any of your questions by email. You may Contact Us 7 days a week. We normally respond within 1 business day.

Also note http://www.complaints.com/2008/april/1/ ... 165828.htm

This company lures you with promises of linking you to creditors that deal with lending to people with poor credit. Not only do they send you links that are impossible to apply for, but they also refuse to make any exceptions to their refund policy. That policy states that you must show proof of denial from all linked companies in order to get a full refund. They are so shady, that you can not even contact them by phone. They are very rude in E-mail correspondences.

Do not fall for their deceiving web site (www.personalcreditservices.com)

If you do, be prepared for a long battle to get any resolution once you find out that what they send you does NOT represent what they advertise.

Please everyone be very wary, don’t get ripped off. Pass the word to all your friends, family, neighbours.
