Seller side in Venezuela making the purchase Price from The Final
Seller to be 950 BSS to 1 USD Nett to us
The Final Buyer.

We are buying this cheaper than the normal Black Market rate of
Caracas because we are not buying to resell like other conventional
Buyers, We are buying the BSS to move out our stucked USD inside 5
Venezuelan local Banks out of Venezuela at the same rate the Rate of
The BSS to USD was 4 Years ago before the bad Economy problem hits
Venezuela.

We can also do much more better on exchange rate depending on the
amount of BOLIVARS the seller is willing to offer to sell to us in
Venezuela. The Higher The Qty of the BSS the lower The Purchase price
will be.

I have attach our Draft Contract to this message for all Your Sellers
perusal. If any interested BSS Seller must fill out and signed for
further proceeding.

We are willing to show Proof of our USD Funds (POF) via or our Bank of
America (BOA), Wells Fargo NA Bank here in The USA to the BSS Seller
within Venezuela or Proof our Euro Funds in advance to The BSS
Seller via our ING Bank in Amsterdam in The Netherlands or Santander
Bank in London to the BSS Seller in Venezuela prior to engagement.
