choice, you and I will share the splitting ratio 50/50 each without
cheating and I will use my own part of the share of fund to establish
a company in your country which you will personally manage on my

2) .A Proof of fund ownership Certificate from Ministry of Justice.
3). A Contract awarded Certificate from Ghana National Petroleum
Corporation (G.N.P.C).
4). A Job Completion Certificate (G.N.P.C), before I will forward to
you a SPECIMEN APPLICATION LETTER OF INSTRUCTION to apply to the Bank,
