Hi Kamal,

This most certainly is a scam. The email you have recieved contains all the usual traits of Advanced Fee Fraud (419).

- They are asking for legal fees up-front. No legitimate legal transaction would require this.
- They are asking for payment via Western Union. This is the preferred method by scammers as it is untraceable. No legitimate organisation would use this method
- The phone numbers provided at the end of the email are all 'redirect' numbers. These look like UK mobile numbers but will redirect to wherever the scammer is lcoated in the world.
- The email was sent from a free online email provider (@live.com). A legitimate company wouldn't communicate using free online email accounts.

As before, the email is very typical of a scam email so please do not send them any money. Please have a read of this page for more detailed information of this type of scam http://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3252

All the best :)
Amadeus
