Good Day XXX

Your Abandoned Package for Delivery

During my recent withheld Package routine check at the Airport Storage Vault, I Discovered an Abandoned shipment on your name and address and when scanned it Revealed an undisclosed sum of money in a Metal Trunk Box.

Being the beneficiary/recipient of the consignment that was abandoned because the Contents of the consignment was not properly declared by the consignee As "MONEY" rather it was declared as personal effect to avoid Interrogation and also the inability of the delivery agent to pay for the Custom CLEARANCE/Non Inspection Charges which is $3,700USD is prior to investigation if you do not hasten up, the Interpol and FBI will intervene in this matter and will charge you for Money laundering.

Considering the consequences of having such huge sums of money in your name without complying fully with the provisions of the Financial and Allied Matters Decree 5 as amended in sub-section C (6) of 2003, which stipulates that any monetary transaction being done in the United States of America, must have proper records, which duly guarantees and covers the transaction as legitimate and legally acquired and not criminally or terrorist associated funds. This is due to ongoing terrorist activities/economic crimes on and against the citizens of the United States of America. I have negotiated with the airport authorities for the release of the withheld package to you and have been able to pay for US Non-Inspection Charges of $3,700 which was the main reason the consignment was with-held by the airport law enforcement agents here in Norfolk International Airport, Virginia.

Right now the Customs and airport authority is required you to settle the accumulated demurrage fee of $2,650.00, otherwise, the clearance certificate would not be issued and the flight company would not board me for delivery, hence, it has become imperative you and I work together as a team to pay for the required demurrage fee before it too late. This the only bottle neck to accomplishing delivery to your address without any further delays. Once the clearance certificate is issued the flight company will allow me to board with the consignment and I will make my flight schedule known to you.

In the light of the above, I advise you to try as much you can to see how and where to raise USD$850 and let me know so that I can furnish you with the Customs & Border Patrol(CBP) officer's receiving details where you will send the USD$850, while I try from here to make up with the one I already have to make the require demurrage fee of $2,650.00 which is the only delay to the shipment as I have already paid for the Customs Clearance/ Non Inspection fee of USD $3,700 which I shall attach copy for you to know how far I have gone in this process in ensuring safe delivery and to guide against any unforeseen circumstance on your responds to this email
