Is this a property scam?

Hi guys

new member here just joined in a couple of hours ago.

Ok, so there is this guy who wants to buy some property.
It is for a lot of houses and a lot of money.

The email we have been contacted from is

We have also spoken on the phone for a lot of time
from the number following

All these make me suspicious but I am trying to get something concrete on them.
The only thing I found is this

Same story to me... broken english, cant trust them!
Supposingly they are from Dubai currently living in France blah blah blah...
And they actually want to set a meeting in France... even though the property is not located there...
bloody stupid huh?

Does anyone have any info on them?

Yahoo says the sanchezcarlos has the location France and a yahoo member since Feb 2011.
If it is possible to show any more info would be a great help.

Unfortunately I dont have more info
as all contact has been done through the phone.
Emails have only been sent and not received so can't give you the headers.

No website and no company name.
