Watch out! Capital Source Site is a scam, they focus on people looking for funding for their business. I got contacted by Brenda Fisher from capitalsourcesite in August 2010. After a meeting with an so-called investor Mona at Denver airport for which I had to pay 1000.-$ I payed another 4900.-$ for due dilligence. We had a closing date set and everything looked fine. Brenda said 4 day prior to closing due dilligence is going fine without any problems. Then a month after the closing date in May 2011, we still had not heard anything about our loan. We tried to call her, but forget that, the number 888-823-1116 only ends in an answering machine, NEVER does a person actually answer. And Brenda was very bad about returning calls. Save your money, save your time. DO NOT RESPOND WHEN [email protected] contacts you. She might also contact you as Lisa I found out at www.complaintsboard.com where other people posted their experiences with tha company.
