Lastly: remember that we are not going to accept any form of delay from you regarding this current transaction because our office has been given 72 hours which is three working days to make sure we conclude this transaction or it will be canceled without any delay

Attention:

Based on a series of petitions we received from various organizations such as Corporate Bodies and Non-Governmental organizations (NGOs) on the Inability of some Government officials, Commercial banks, and the World Lottery Organisation to settle their client's Contract debt, Inheritance, and Winning Prizes. We have been authorized by the Debt Reconciliation Unit of this institution, to investigate the unnecessary delay in payment approved in your favor.
