I don't think much of the English, especially from a language school, but there's nothing about the website that says scam. Scammers do steal the identities of real businesses though. What email address did it come from?

To add to Arnold's remarks, their spelling of "programme" or "program" varies on their different pages which might be the result of copying from both British and US websites.

To make a long story short: It is most definitely fishy, and I'd keep off.

There are no fee collecting agents of the college.( SHOULD BE COMMA) In any of the locations other than the admission office based in United Kingdom.
If any students pays referral fee/registration fee or tuition fee to any agents or representative they do it on their own risk. On arrival student must pay the full enrolment fee.

I would make a guess that this shows a possible history of misrepresentation and that the College is trying to circumvent the possibility in future. It is possible that the same thing is being done here with Eden College, and that a so called "agent" could arrive in due course and want money transfers by Western Union or Moneygram.
It's no surprise these days that English English is degraded and lack of literacy is a common problem. Spell checkers can't spell.

actually the information about the college came from my brother who has been scammed for tens of thousands of pounds by a 419 scammer

Alex, your brother has been scammed out of tens of thousands? This is terrible!

Maybe you could encourage him to post here, we'd love to warn future victims of this scumbag.
And if with his help we can gather more information we can get shut down a fraudulent website.

In the meantime, I'll try to find out more about "Freda Jacobson".

I agree, there will be no way your brother can get back what he lost.
But at least we may be able to slow down the bastard's business.
When you post information - e.g. the scammer's emails complete with headers - be sure to delete your brother's details (name, address, email address).
