Subject: Surprise Birthday Party Inquiry
Return-Path: [email protected]

Hello,

My name is Shawn, I’m planning on doing a surprise birthday party for my wife this coming February, and I want it to be held at your venue sometime around February with 25 guests invited. I would like to know your availability with dates to be sure if I'm flexible with any of your dates.

But before we proceed with my request, Please I need answers to the following;

1. Do you accept credit card Payment methods?
2. Can you work with our official band performing for the event regarding payment to them ?

The main reason why I want the band fee to go through you is that Devotchka Music Band and Management do not process credit cards as a means of payment. Hence, I prefer the band fee to go through you.

I will be looking forward to your response

Regards,

Shawn Hernandez
