We have paid for the delivery charges and could not pay for the security keeping fees because we are unaware when you the receiver will come forward to claim the consignment to your designated contact address and hence you the receiver have to pay the security keeping fees known as demurrage to the Diplomatic courier service company as stated in their privacy terms & condition page.
