Dear Beneficiary.



Definitely, I know that this letter will be a surprising one to you. Firstly, I will like to introduce myself formally as Mr.Charles Luanga Ki-Zerbo the Executive Governor of Central Bank BCEAO Burkina Faso (CBB). I am officially contacting you today because your Inheritance funds were re-deposited into the "Federal Suspense Account" of CBB Central Bank of Burkina Faso BCEAO last week through the Paying Bank (B.I.B), because you did not forward your Claim as the rightful beneficiary well known to all, The Central Bank of Burkina Faso BCEAO is the mother of all commercial Banks here in Burkina Faso West Africa. So has the singular right to carry out this delivery.

Really these two yen were unexpected by me because their visit was impromptu. I had to ask them why they came to see me in person and they said that they were here to collect the Inheritance Bill in Sum of ($ TEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND USD) which rightfully belongs to you according to your file submitted to us by DR MARK LORD Director of the Paying (B.I.B) Bank International Du Burkina Faso, on your behalf in respect of your unfinished transaction which you are unable to collect your fund.

At this development I have asked the two young men who authorized them to come down to Burkina Faso for the collection of this Payment and they told me that you asked them to come and collect these funds on your behalf.

In fact this was the biggest shock that this Bank have ever received so far because your Inheritance funds is still in the "Federal Suspense Account" of CBB Burkina Faso because of your inability to complete the official requirement during your claim over the inheritance fund with the paying Bank (B.I.B) Management, yet you sent these men to come and collect this funds on your behalf without notifying the paying Bank (B.I.B) Management officially or We the Central Bank for official record as money movement policy and procedures demands. .

We, the Central Bank authority, do not understand why you sent these two men to come and collect your funds on your behalf. If actually you want them to help you collect your Inheritance Bill Sum, at least you should have informed the Director of the paying bank for him to be aware of the two young men for they came by suddenly to claim your fund and it looks embarrassing before the paying bank officials.

They actually tendered some Vital Documents, which proved that you actually sent them for the Collection of this Fund on your behalf. Honestly, it really baffles me and other Top officials that you took such a decision without my consent, by and large we still have to consider the fact that as the rightful owner of the fund you still have your own rights too but not to this extent.



Here are the Documents, which they tendered to this Bank for Release of your Inheritance Fund to them.

1. LETTER OF ADMINISTRATION.

2. HIGH COURT INJUNCTION.

3. ORDER TO RELEASE.

Actually, these documents, which they tendered to this Noble Bank, is a clear Proof that you sent them to Collect these Funds for you and it has been handed over to Top Authorities Controlling Financial Institution here in Burkina Faso under the Federal Government . Finally, I told them to go and come back and they promised to return back soon, As the Governor of this Noble Bank, I was supposed to Release these Funds to them but I refused to do so, because I wanted to hear from you first as the beneficiary as officially agreed by the Top Authorities. Due to the Nature of my job, I don't want to make any mistake in releasing these Funds to anyone except you who is the recognized bona fide beneficiary to these funds as it was officially confirmed by Dr. Mark Lord the Paying Bank Director (B.I.B).

Kindly clarify us on this issue before we make this Payment to these foreigners that came to collect the Fund on your behalf. In receipt of this confidential Letter, you are required to respond immediately to this email by reconfirming back to us your full Details such as home address and office address / your private email address and Direct Mobile Telephone number including First & Second page of your International Passport Copy or any of your Identity for immediate reconfirmation of your old file with the paying bank for official record to enable us effect the Transfer of your inheritance fund without any delay.

However, I want you to know that this fund will reach via bank to bank transfer once we have your confirmation towards those Men you sent to come and collect your overdue inheritance fund on your behalf for they requested that we should make first Transfer of USD $500.000.00 United States Dollars into their China Account brought by the two Men and what stopped us from giving order to the Paying Bank to effect the transfer is that we wanted to confirm from you first as the rightful Beneficiary to avoid making mistake in transferring your Inheritance Fund to unknown beneficiaries, Again the two young men accepted to pay the official fees required for we to release your fund to them.

Moreover the transferring bank will be introduced as soon as we confirm from you if really you send those men to get your fund on your behalf. We the Central Bank BCEAO Burkina Faso are waiting for your immediate response and confirmation concerning the two young men after reading this message for we have appointment with the people you sent to collect your fund on your behalf and you are advice to keep this development top secret and never to disclose it to any person, group of person, organization for it has to be confidential between you and We the Central Bank and the two men you sent for this is issue of transferring huge amount of dollars.

Endeavour returns back to us immediately to facilitate transfer of your inheritance fund.
