conducting an investigation into worldwide fraud practices that are
known as "Advance fee-fraud.
This Joint Task Force is saddled with the responsibility to check, probe
and investigate cases that center on abuse of office, diversion of
public funds.
The Federal Ministry of Finance(FMF) has also received several
complaints from various affected beneficiaries who have been swindled
off their hard earned money and have not received their funds.
We are not unaware that you have not received your fund due to the past
corrupt Government Officials who have frustrated and subjected you to
various insensitive procedures.
NB: We have been mandated to control your payment exercise by ensuring
that your funds are duly paid to you without delay.
Therefore, you are enjoined to rely on the conventional integrity of the
Federal Ministry of Finance(FMF) and the constitutional processes to
effect the release of your payment.
To this effect, we wish to gladly inform you that from the calculated
sum of US$4.5 Billion from the World Bank for the Africa Debts
Resolution, you have been approved to receive a sum of US$15 Million
only, and you will have to receive your funds in form of bank to bank
transfer direct into your account or Automated Teller Card commonly
