Has someone offered you a huge sum of money or a valuable consignment? It's a 419 or advance fee fraud - find out how they work, and what to do to be safe.

This email was not sent from a dying widow, and the money does not exist. It is a scam. The scammer will pretend that there are fees to be paid before the money can be received, and all money sent as payment will be stolen by the scammer.

Dear beloved brother in Christ,

It is my pleasure to read from you this morning, and it brings joy and relief to me when I read your mail knowing that you are truly a God fearing person, with the ambition to help the orphanage, poor and needy spiritually and physically. I thank God almighty who has made possible for me to reach you because it has been a great concern to me.

Like I said in my first mail, I am from Kuwait, but reside here in London. Presently, I am in a hospital called Emerald Hospital London. The address is PhB 108 HGA504 Wilboln Raod, London. You can call me on my mobile number +44 7024078421. I am a childless widow, my husband died several years ago, I'm here in the hospital receiving treatment for my lung cancer and stroke, and due to the level of my ill health, the doctor said that I may not live longer due to the damage the cancer caused in my body because it was not discovered earlier.

Having known my condition I decided to donate this money that my beloved late husband left behind to a person who has the fear of God that will utilize this money according to the wish of my late husband before his death. I want you to use this money to assist orphanage homes and schools for the less privileged children, in memory of my late beloved husband (Mr. Mousa Saheed).

I know that you are a God fearing person that will carry on this work on my behalf as I have no much time to live on earth. After reading your mail, I said God, let this be the one. Then I said if it is Gods will! It will be done on earth as it is already been done in the heaven.

To elaborate on the desire of my late husband and me, over this donation and project, this money must be channeled to humanitarian and Charity services with much emphasis on building orphanages and schools. I will be very glad if you will promise me that this money ($3,500,000 USD) shall go into humanitarian services as I have indicated.

I want you to send me your details information so that I can prepare a document that will officially and legally approve and facilitate your stand as my Next of Kin to receive the money from the bank.
