I had this email forwarded to me by one of our visitors
There are a number of reason why it is a scam
Firstly, HSBC do not use Rocketmail, no bank uses free email providors
A search result on the email address shows it as a scam Click Here
Now an exact search on the opening line "DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER, YOUR DATA HAS BEEN ENTERED INTO OUR SYSTEM" Click Here
Further down the page, you will notice a phone number "447024095251" phone numbers starting with 4470 are UK redirect numbers, the person who uses that phone number could be anywhere in the world and the calls will forward to him

REMEMBER THIS FORM SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BENEFICIARY INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT OR DRIVERS LICENCE ATTACHED TO IT, WITH THE CLEARANCE FEE OF SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY BRITISH POUND STERLING(?650.00 GBP).
THIS COMPUSORY FEE OF NON-RESIDENCIAL CLEARANCE SHOULD BE SENT TO THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT VIA WESTERNUNION /MONEYGRAM
