Dear Beneficiary,

It has come to the notice of the Federal Ministry of Finance that your
present inheritance claims application being handled by the remittance
bank in Nigeria is experiencing some man made irregularities. To this
effect, it has become necessary for the Ministry of Finance to invite a
well trained Financial attorney to resolve and regularize your fund
release with immediate effect.
On behalf of CBN, we accredit Barr. Mark Anderson as your consultants to
handle the release of your long over due contract fund. Furthermore, you
are advised to pay no further fees or charges to the Remitting Bank in
Nigeria as they shall no longer be handling your payment process. Go ahead
and contact your contract payment consultant for the urgent release of
your fund. We've heard enough complain from our foreign contractors
