It's not clear what you have reported. [email protected] is a spoofed email address, not a free one from the likes of Hotmail, Gmail, etc. There are no free microsoft.com addresses.
Generally, e don't advocate closing free email addresses. They're easily replaced, and it interferes with our keeping track of them, and another baiting site. Websites yes, but casino spam isn't something we deal with. Not necessarily scams. The odds are in the casino's favour, but you might win.
