Hi. Actually it is not Russian, it is Greek.
The site is a Greek one (ext .gr), and it uses proper Greek language (not like some scam sites and ads in greece that are just bad translations using babelfish). They also give what seems to be a legit phone and fax number - the extention used 2810 is from Heraklion in Creta.

airtickets.gr is a well established site and so is cartrawler.com

The link through from airtickets.gr could be paid advertising or link swapping. It doesn't mean it's affiliated. If you go to their site at the moment, they have an advert running for a property rental site.
airtickets .gr is not a fraudulant site.

cartrawler.com are based in Dublin and are a search / booking engine for car hire. The problem is, that they seem to be a willing agent for any car hire company and judging by some of the companies I've tried to rent from when being abroad, it's inevitable that they will get complaints.

It appears that they are slow to respond to customer complaints but there is no evidence of a scam in my opinion.
