erle YES ITS THE SAME SCAM SO SEND NO MONEY. NOBODY ELSE CAN DO A VISA PPLICATION FOR YOU. DO NOT REsPOND TO THE SCAMMER AND IF YOU HAVE MORE EMAILS CONCERNING THIS PLEASE POST THEM TO HELP OTHERS. We need all the emails used, and please remove your name above and remove your own email details I am glad we have stopped you being scammed.
You can't do visa applications with a copy of a passport and part of the application is done on line with VSF Global and there is no such form to fill in by email, and then via the Embassy where you are. Please look at your website for the embassy where you are . Any internet transaction via Western Union is a scam. Passport / visa money transactions are never made to an individual. Please see similar scams to yours and the advice given. Also check to see iF you are allowed to carry out the work in the UK.
Here are legit details for the address given by the scammer and you could call them.

As Began said, this is definitely a scam. Please do post the other emails from this scammer, and include any email addresses or phone numbers he is using. If he is trying to scam you using this information, he is certainly doing the same to others.

I have also removed your full name from your post. I would recommend that you choose a new user name that is not your real name. When you post using your real name or information, you are likely to be approached by even more scammers. If you let me know, either in this thread or in a private message, what you would like your new name to be, I can change it for you.

I noticed in September 2011, the exact same reference: was used in another hotel type scam. That was called Claridges.
