Help to confirm if this is a Scam or not?

I am looking for help to confirm what I am feeling, want to be as careful as possible just incase I am wrong and they find out about it ? If it turns out that it is a scam then I will tell the whole world, but for now if someone could please advise me on how to post something so to be as safe as possible?
