Greetings to you from Accra-Ghana. I am Capt. Usem Abass (Rtd), personal adviser to the ex-Interior Minister (Desire Tagro) under Former President of Ivory Coast Mr. Laurent Gbagbo. As you may be aware that Mr. Laurent Gbagbo is presently under incarceration by the Government of Republic of Ivory Coast, under the new President Alassane Dramane Ouattara.
