This email is trying to convince you to stand in as the next of kin, they will promise it is risk free and completely legal and tell you all about how much money is involved in this deal.
Then they will begin to tell you about the fees you need to pay first.
The fees never end and the inheritance will never be payed, it simply doesn't exists
