Please excuse me for a moment; you
shouldn’t be offended for me to come into your privacy. For sure you a
high respected personality and I want you to do me a favor which will
benefit both of us in the future .I will be very glad if you can be my
business partner so that the fund which i inherited from my late husband
Dr.John Garang will be transfer to your account then we can use it
together to invest in any good lucrative business of your choice since
you can not betray me when the fund get to your position. I will like to

I am Madam Rebecca Nyandeng Garang from
southern Sudan, Widow of late vice president Dr.John Garang whom was
selected to lead the movement and became it’s chairman of SPLM and
commander in chief of SPLA. A position he held for only three weeks
before he was killed in a helicopter crash on July 30, 2005 .Dr. John
Garang passed away in a helicopter crash at the mountains ranch of
Imatong in a place called Himan south of Lotukei in “Eastern
Equaoria”.The ideological profile of SPLA was as shadowy as  Mr Garang

show a great concern in focusing to help us get our independence:Our
country  celebrated the declaration of independence Republic of South
Sudan as her new country ( new South Sudan ) which my late husband  was
fighting till his date in “ helicopter crash ”on July 30, 2005. But my
happiness mind today is that after the independence Republic of South
Sudan and I archived to the discovering of US$31 Million Dollars
deposited by my late husband in African Development Bank (AfDB) - COTE
IVOIRE  which he wanted to use to development South Sudan before his on
expected date in a helicopter crash. I hope you can see how I want to
trust this fund into your hand. And I have decided not to bring in this
fund into new South Sudan because the government of new southern Sudan
is not aware of this fund ,Last month i spoke with the bank manager and
the lawyer that wrote all agreement paper document concerning the fund
and i made progress with assurance in our speech that i should provide a
foreign partner so  that the fund will be  transfer out of Africa since
it is not possible to bring in this fund back to new southern Sudan.

This  fund is my last hope to take care
of my children to a normal standard living since my husband is out of
life. And all the approval document of this transaction is in my hand
which I will send you a scan copy for you to start this deal without any
delay. It is the document that stands as the legal right of the fund.

and introduce as my foreign partner whom the fund will be transfer to
